Montana farmer harvests 500+ pumpkins to fight poverty

A Missoula, Montana farmer is donating his entire pumpkin harvest in an effort to provide food, shelter, help, and hope to the community’s homeless and underserved.
This weekend dozens of volunteers came out to help Erik Gibson-Snyder harvest more than 500 pumpkins for Pumpkins For The Pov, an online site to purchase the locally grown Jack-O-Lantern for $10. All proceeds will go to help provide food, shelter, help. and hope for all who ask.
