Jersey mama adopts little Holstein calves

If you haven’t considered a Jersey nurse cow, you may want to take a look at this clip. Chad Simmons from Spring Valley Farm recently uploaded this video of his Jersey mama taking on two adopted Holstein bull calves. A nurse cow can be a good alternative to milk replacer, helps cut costs, and could provide some additional cash … especially if a Jersey can raise five or even six orphans each year.
