Hat maker dives into the process of making cowboy hats

Have you ever wondered how cowboy hats are made? Meet Kaycee Hoffman from Thedford, Nebraska. We learn about the old and rare technology she has to use to craft custom hats that are much more than just a fashion statement. Local ranchers and folks from all across the country come to her store, Bar None Hat Company, to utilize her unique services.
Every hat takes anywhere from eight to 10 hours to create, with each one receiving the Bar None Hat brand. With less than 60 hat makers left in the nation, Hoffman explains the uniqueness of her machines in this video.
