Florida town raises $31K for FFA pig after girl loses parents

A Florida FFA middle schooler recently received a surprise in the show ring when her prize pig went for $31,000 at auction. The Highland County community members came together to support Hana Piety after finding out she had recently lost both her parents. Her 248-pound pig Khloe brought in $126 a pound, raising more than $31,000 for Hana. The money will go into a trust fund to help pay for her education.
