Matt Goble of Dry Bottom Farms in Utah has something he says he “has to get off his chest.” We understand! Matt goes into the statement by the Golden Globes, which were held this past weekend, that they were going “meatless” to help curb their environmental footprint. Wait just a darned minute! When you include the private jets and pomp of that event, being “meatless” should have been about the lowest things on people’s minds when it comes to helping the environment. As Matt alludes to, it’s mostly a bunch of Hollywood hoopla!
