Dairy woman goes above & beyond for cow comfort on the farm

On a dairy farm, cow comfort comes first. After losing her husband in a farm accident, Karen Hawbaker could have easily sold the farm and tried to move on. However, her passion for agriculture and her farm got her through that tough time.

Karen said, “I continue to do it because I feel like God has given me a passion for agriculture, especially for dairy. It is providing food for people. I can’t imagine doing anything else.”
