National FFA releases star-studded convention concert series

The 95th National FFA Convention and Expo is just right around the corner — and with that comes an excellent concert lineup, Singing Hypnotist Randy Andrews, and the World’s Toughest Rodeo.

The full dates of the convention and expo are Oct. 26 through 29, 2022. It will be held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. 


FFA Concert Series Line-Up

Concert attendees will want to plan ahead and purchase tickets through Ticketmaster. Each performance will cost $55 and require a mobile entry. This year’s concert series is sponsored by Culver’s.

Lauren Alaina

First in the lineup at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Wednesday, October 26, is Lauren Alaina. Alaina is a Grand Ole Opry member and multi-platinum-selling singer/songwriter. She has earned three No. 1 hit singles in just under three years and has just wrapped up her second career headlining tour. 

Jimmie Allen

The second of the star-studded lineup will be Jimmie Allen on Wednesday. Allen’s “Never give up” attitude and view on music and life have led him to a successful, $1 billion career on-demand streams. He’s also won CMA and ACM Awards and was nominated for Best New Artist at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards in 2022. 

Mickey Guyton

On Thursday, October 27, Mickey Guyton will kick off the evening’s concerts. Guyton’s made history as the first black artist to earn a Grammy nomination in a country category — Best Country Solo Performance for her song Black Like Me.

Russel Dickerson

Multi Platinum Nashville-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Russel Dickerson will play on Thursday night. Dickerson established himself as a prolific songwriter and powerhouse showman through good, old-fashioned performances and eloquent songcraft spiked with spirit. 


CINCH World’s Toughest Rodeo

Along with the star-studded concert series, convention attendees can also attend the CINCH World’s Toughest Rodeo, sponsored by Cargill, John Deere, and Syngenta. The rodeo will be held Wednesday through Friday evenings during the convention with tickets running $35 per person. 


The Singing Hypnotist Randy Andrews

Hypnotist shows will also be available by Randy Andrews, the Singing Hypnotist, on Thursday and Friday evenings. Randy has been entertaining crowds for over 20 years, bringing high energy and unique talents to every event. He has worked in the public school system as a coach, mentor, athletic director, teacher, and college admissions counselor. Tickets can be purchased online when you register for the convention. 


Convention Registration

Convention early bird registration opens on Wednesday, September 14, at 6 p.m. EDT. 

Wednesday to Saturday event access includes entrance to one opening session, general sessions, American Degree Ceremony, Expo, Shopping Mall, and Student and Teacher Workshops. Early Bird rates are $70 with an FFA Housing Block registration, $9o outside of the registration block. Standard registration rates are $90 per person, and onsite registration will be $95 per person.

Daily registration rates will be available with an advance registration fee of $40 per person for October 26 or 27, and $18 per person for October 29. Onsite daily registration rates are $48 per persona nd $22 per person respectively.
