Get to know the science behind your Thanksgiving turkey

Every year during Thanksgiving, turkey growers have a unique spotlight. This year, the Iowa Agriculture Literacy Foundation took the opportunity to explain the multiple ways in which science and agriculture go hand in hand. By utilizing STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) turkey growers have been able to increase modern production.
