Allison Organic Demonstration and Research Farm

The Allison Organic Demonstration and Research Farm is an 80-acre, pesticide-free facility about 20 miles north of Macomb, which provides research and employment opportunities to WIU students. Each fall, an organic farm field day is held at the site for farmers from across the region. Numerous products are harvested from the site, including purple and gold "Rocky" popcorn, which is sold on campus. More information about the farm is available at wiu.edu/cbt/agriculture/farms/organic.
