Overview
School Website >>At the Montana State University College of Agriculture, we grow leaders. Founded in 1892 as the Agricultural College of the State of Montana, we are an integral element in fulfilling MSU’s land grant mission to provide a practical education of the highest quality to the sons and daughters of Montana.
As part of the college, the Montana Agricultural Experiment Station (MAES) conducts research on old and new challenges to keep Montana’s agricultural community on the cutting edge, ready to thrive and continue its legacy as one of Montana’s largest and most important industries. MAES creates opportunities for students and faculty to excel through hands-on learning, serve through campus and community engagement, and explore unique solutions to distinct questions that connect Montanans with the global community.
