Watch the ‘Before The Plate’ food documentary free all month

“Before The Plate,” an engaging food and farming documentary centered around Chef John Horne’s exploration of the ingredients that go into a dish at his Canoe restaurant in the heart of Toronto, has released its latest trailer (shown in the video here). Also, for the month of February, the full documentary is available for free on “Before The Plate’s” website. It’s absolutely worth watching!
