It’s difficult being a woman in agriculture. I’m not gonna sugar coat it. I sometimes get belittled for my skills (or lack there of to some people) for example, just yesterday a man asked if I knew how to drive a truck with a trailer and put it in 4-wheel drive ? As a woman I might not always be as physically strong as a man in some cases, but as a female farmer I am still strong, I just find out how to get the job done in a different way.
